The event is taking place at a private outdoor campground. The ground is uneven and there are stumbling/tripping hazards. All buildings are raised, with a short set of steps to access. Some buildings do not have handrails. Some of the beds are in lofts with low ceilings and accessed via stairs.
The play area is relatively compact, with closely spaced buildings, including a cabin set aside as a safety zone. Most of the sleeping cabins and the meal space will be a short walk away (~150 meters), however, some cabins are a significant walk (~500 meters).
Liberty will have realistic prop firearms, including sound, as part of play. Theatrical gun violence is not reasonably avoidable; all players see guns being worn, hear gunfire, and will likely see shootouts or showdowns.
Meals will be served in an open area under tents, and can be eaten there or taken back to your sleeping cabin. Most cabins have tables and a small kitchenette.
