The event will be held at a private location about an hour outside of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. There will be a transport package available from Edmonton.

The event will start with workshops during the day on Friday, with play starting after supper. Gameplay will continue through Saturday until supper on Sunday, with an afterparty on site Sunday evening. All participants need to be off-site by 11 AM on Monday.
** important note: our first workshop will be held in Edmonton, before going to the event site. Please keep that in mind for planning your travel. **
Base event cost will be $550 CAD. Initial payment of $100 CAD will be due October 31, 2026, and is non-refundable.
Discount and sponsor options will be available, as well as a discount for folks who want to camp or who will otherwise not use a cabin space.
All meals will be provided from Friday supper through to Monday breakfast, as well as snacks and coffee/tea throughout the event.
