The event is taking place at a private outdoor campground. The ground is uneven and there are stumbling/tripping hazards. All buildings are raised, with a short set of steps to access. Most do not have handrails.
The play area is relatively compact, with closely spaced buildings, including a cabin set aside as a safety zone. Most of the sleeping cabins and the meal space will be a short walk away, however, some cabins are a significant walk.
Meals will be served in an open area under tents, and can be eaten there or taken back to your sleeping cabin. Most cabins have tables and a small kitchenette.
We will be conducting a more thorough site walk and safety assessment this summer, and will update this page at that time.
