The event will be held at a private location about an hour outside of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. There will be a transport package available from Edmonton.
Expected dates: early May, 2027
The event will start with workshops on Friday afternoon, with play starting after supper. Gameplay will continue through Saturday until supper on Sunday, with an afterparty on site Sunday evening.
Costs are expected to be between $400 and $600 CAD.
All meals will be provided from Friday supper through to Monday breakfast, as well as snacks and coffee/tea throughout the event.
